SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services included a new feature that allows you to create a library of report parts that can be shared and used to create and update reports. In this session you will see demos of how to create these report parts, how to access the report parts library and how to include them in other reports.
Bio: Steve Wake is a Senior Web Developer at Visa Inc. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional. He started his career as a MVS and AS/400 COBOL programmer working on billing and reporting systems. In 2001 he decided to learn C# and .NET and discovered SQL Server Reporting Services when it was first in beta. Since then he has presented at many local user groups on SSRS and has started to learn and use SSAS and SSIS to get the Microsoft BI certification.
